THUNDERDOME SOUNDS
About ThunderDome sounds
ThunderDome Sounds studios was established in 1988 by the Juno award-winning Eddie Bullen. To date, he has over 252 full-length albums to his credit and counting. Eddie is always on the lookout for new innovative artists to add to the ThunderDome family as we pride ourselves on diversity. We connect with artists from various genres and work with them to create new concepts. Over the years Eddie has worked with artists who have gone on to worldwide acclaim. Artists like Canadian songwriters for the Fefe Dobson, Glen Lewis, Deborah Cox Larnel Lewis, and Liberty Silver have all recorded at ThunderDome sounds. We have also worked with established artists that were looking to add something different to their production and songwriting like Oleta Adams, Anslem Douglas, David Rudder, Melba Moore, Toots and the Maytals, and Byron Lee, and the Dragon is just to name a few. Eddie's collaborative spirit has led him to fuse different genres of music such as when a collaboration with Trinidadian songwriter Ian Wilshire blended soca and house music which spawned the Eddie Ian Cartel...track entitled Mitch, which went on to number 15 on the Canadian dance charts. ThunderDome Sounds have launched the careers of several Smooth Jazz, Jazz, and R&B artists. Eddie is proud to have worked with Demo Cates, NEWA, Jeremy Sean Hector, Coldjack, Sherry Winston, Larnel Lewis, Kingsley Ettenne, Alen Walker, Rob Christian. He has also worked with many gospel artists such as Aadin Church, Selections and George Banton, to name a few. With an ear to the ground for every genre of music, hip-hop is no exception Eddie has worked with Canadian hip-hop pioneer Maestro Fresh Wes, which garnered gold sales in Canada as well as Freddy Wil, Blessed and Dudsy Mil. Since 1992 ThunderDome Sounds has been a part of the high school students' co-op program which helps young artists and producers nurture their dreams of being a part of the entertainment industry. In keeping with the 'each one teach one' philosophy we continue to share our valuable insights with our clients and the artists that we work with as we strive together
